Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Sliding Puzzle (slidingpuzzle.app). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The game
Sliding Puzzle is a free browser game. We may add, change or remove levels and features, and we may pause or stop the service at any time. Your progress is stored in your browser, so it can be lost if you clear your browser data; we can't restore it.
Fair play
Leaderboards are only fun if they are fair. You agree not to:
- submit results you didn't play yourself, or use bots, scripts or solvers to post results;
- tamper with, overload or try to get around the leaderboard service and its checks;
- interfere with the site or other players' use of it.
We may remove results or players from the leaderboards, and block access, if we believe these terms have been broken.
Leaderboard names
Display names are public. Don't choose a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal information. We may change or remove any name without notice.
Our content
The game, its levels, artwork, sounds and code belong to Sliding Puzzle. You are welcome to share links to the site, challenge links and screenshots of your games. Please don't copy the game or its content to offer elsewhere.
Other sites
The site links to other services, for example when you share a result. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
No warranty
Sliding Puzzle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that your progress or leaderboard results will be kept.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sliding Puzzle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Questions are welcome at [email protected].
